Complimentary Discovery Call

We will discuss your primary health concern and explore how I can address your unique needs. If we decide I’m the right practitioner for you, we’ll schedule your initial visit. If your concerns don’t align with my expertise, I’ll refer you to another naturopathic physician. This consultation does not include medical advice.

Initial Visit

The initial visit is 90 minutes long. We will review your health, focusing on your chief concerns, physical and mental health. Please bring a list of your medications, supplements and lab results from the last 2 years. We will discuss any relevant lab testing that would provide us with additional information. During the last 30 minutes, we will begin to build out a treatment plan.

The second visit is typically 45 minutes long, and scheduled 4–8 weeks after the initial visit. During this visit we will review any lab results, assess progress to the treatment plan, and adjust the plan as needed.

MSP does not cover naturopathic care. For Individuals on MSP Premium Assistance or social assistance only, there is limited coverage. I recommend contacting MSP directly and enquiring how much coverage is provided.

Most extended health care plans include coverage for naturopathic services. Some plans also include lab or diagnostic testing coverage. I recommend clarifying with your extended health care provider what is covered, and what your annual limit is.

For individuals with a Health Spending Account, you can also use this money for visits to see a ND.

This depends on the patient’s primary concern and the testing they’ve had done within the last 2 years. I will often requisition lab work through Life Labs. I will occasionally use lab tests through Doctor’s Data and Precision Analytical.
